    Rodney Bay

    Embark · Rodney Bay, St Lucia

    Morning
    Met at Hewanorra, 90-min transfer north.
    Afternoon
    Aboard by 1500. Welcome champagne, swim off the stern, crew brief.
    Evening
    Dinner at Jade Mountain's Jade Mountain Club — 25 min north, the crew handle the tender.

    Between the Pitons, Soufrière

    Marigot & the Pitons

    Morning
    2-hour transit south. Stop at Marigot Bay for morning swim.
    Afternoon
    Anchor between Gros and Petit Piton — one of the iconic Caribbean images. Seabobs, SUP, snorkel the volcanic rock.
    Evening
    Private barbecue at anchor — grilled whole snapper, breadfruit, passion-fruit daiquiris.

    Admiralty Bay, Bequia

    St Lucia → Bequia

    Morning
    7am departure, 6-hour crossing. Dolphin sightings typical.
    Afternoon
    Lunch underway. Anchor by 1400. Walk the model-boat shops in Port Elizabeth.
    Evening
    Sunset drinks at Bequia Beach Hotel; dinner at Mac's Pizzeria (legendary, 40 years).

    Britannia Bay, Mustique

    Bequia → Mustique

    Morning
    90-min hop. Arrive by 1030.
    Afternoon
    Tour Macaroni Beach (the one Mick Jagger loves). Tennis or horseback through the estate if arranged.
    Evening
    Dinner at Basil's Bar on its pier over the water. Blues band on Wednesdays.

    Tobago Cays

    Tobago Cays · Marine Park

    Morning
    3-hour passage south. Arrive mid-morning into the Cays — four uninhabited islands, one massive horseshoe reef.
    Afternoon
    Snorkel with green turtles in the protected lagoon. Crew sets up a private beach bar on Petit Tabac (the Pirates of the Caribbean island).
    Evening
    Lobster barbecue on the beach with local fishermen — book a week ahead.

    Tyrrel Bay, Carriacou

    Union Island → Carriacou

    Morning
    Clear out at Union Island. 2-hour crossing to Grenada waters.
    Afternoon
    Lunch at Paradise Beach. Paddle the mangroves. Seabobs in clear water.
    Evening
    Quiet night at anchor; chef's dinner — curry goat, callaloo, rum cake.

    Port Louis, St George's

    Grenada · Disembark

    Morning
    3-hour leg to St George's, one of the prettiest harbours in the Caribbean.
    Afternoon
    Tour nutmeg estates and Grand Etang Lake. Farewell lunch at BB's Crabback overlooking the Carenage.
    Evening
    Transfer to Maurice Bishop International by 1500.
